Our Team

Kathy Atherton

The most rewarding aspect of my job is assisting patients with their dental needs and helping them smile. My ultimate goal is to make my patients comfortable and feel at home in our office. I have worked in the field of dentistry since 1979 and with Dr. Norris’ growing practice since 1985.

My husband Mark and I have two grown children: Sara, an elementary school teacher, and James, a crop consultant. My free time is spent with friends and family, attending church activities and finding a little adventure every day. I look forward to meeting your needs in our office,

Tresa Wells

When I began my career at this office in 1979, my goal was to be part of a professional dental team that worked to create and maintain healthy, beautiful smiles. The years have brought numerous changes in dentistry and our office, but what hasn’t changed is the love and heartfelt family care that we continue to show each patient daily. I’m blessed to be part of a team that shares my same goals.

I began working with Dr. Norris in 1979, on his first day of practice. I’ve worked as a chair-side assistant and now, as the patient care coordinator. I can assist you with scheduling, maximizing dental insurance benefits and managing your treatment plan.

My husband Doug and I have two children, Kaitlin and Elliott. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, shopping, and reading a good book. I look forward to welcoming you to our office!

I love coming to work, seeing our terrific patients and enjoying the company of my coworkers (except for Doc’s bad jokes!). I feel like my most important job is to provide optimum dental care for my patients. Whether it be a cleaning or patient education, I try to offer the best treatment possible. Along with dental treatment, I try my best to make my patients feel comfortable and cared for. Having my patients trust me is what I strive for.

I have worked with Dr. Norris since 1980. I graduated from Apollo High School and Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health. I married my high school sweetheart Greg and have two grown children, Aaron and Autumn, both University of Kentucky graduates.

My goal is for my patients to have a healthy mouth, be happy with their smile, and feel like they’re visiting with friends when they come to the dentist! My favorite thing about our office is that we truly care about each patient, and have his or her best interests in mind.

I received by Dental Hygiene license in 1979 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health from Western Kentucky University.

I am a 1976 graduate of Apollo High School, and both my children, Sam and Ella, graduated from Daviess County High School. My free time is spent with family, friends, church and walking the greenbelt!

My favorite part of my job is getting to know new patients and maintaining a relationship with my returning patients. I enjoy making sure my patients leave our office with a clean healthy smile they can be proud of.

I graduated from Henderson Community College Dental Hygiene program in 2011 and joined Dr. Norris in 2012.

I come from a close knit family so I cherish the time I get to spend with my extended family as well as my husband and two children.
