Madeline Gillim, RDH

Hygienist

Madeline graduated from Henderson Community College Dental Hygiene program in 2017 where she received a perfect score on her Clinical Board exam and top marks on her National Boards. She is licensed in local anesthetic and nitrous oxide sedation as well as CPR Basic Life Support certified. Madeline is from Philpot, KY and has worked in the Owensboro area since graduation. With her infectious laugh and peppy personality, you are sure to leave our office in a better mood than when you came. Thank you Madeline for your commitment to our patients, team, and Dr. Rowland!

Chip Daly

Expanded Duty Dental Assistant

Chip has over 8 years experience as a dental assistant. Prior to working in dentistry he graduated from Rend Lake Junior College of Nursing and practiced as a LPN/ASN for 2 years. He holds certifications in DAANCE, Radiology, and is an expanded duties dental assistant. His career focus is oral surgery, restorations, prosthetics, and furthering his education. Chip wears many hats in our office and we are so thankful to have him on our team!

Brittany Bowman

Patient Care Coordinator

Brittany Bowman is our Patient Care Coordinator. Brittany is a 2013 graduate from Owensboro Community and Technical College where she received an Associates Degree in Science. She is also licensed in Life and Health insurance. Brittany has over 10 years experience in customer service with 3 of those years selling cars at Don Moore. As our patient scheduling coordinator, she is able to assist you with any of your scheduling needs and she is also available to answer any questions you may have about your insurance benefits. Brittney is the smiling face you see when you enter the office and the happy voice you hear when you call the office. Thank you Brittany for your dedication to our patients, team, and Dr. Rowland!

Sonya Hawes

Patient Care Coordinator

Sonya Hawes serves as our Patient Care Coordinator and is dedicated to ensuring every patient has a welcoming and seamless experience. Sonya is a graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Science. She also received her Master’s degree in School Counseling and Administration from Western Kentucky University. Sonya is a retired principal from Daviess County Public Schools, bringing with her years of leadership, organization, and a heart for serving others. As our patient scheduling coordinator, she is happy to assist with all of your scheduling needs and answer any questions you may have about your treatment plans. Sonya is the smiling face that welcomes you when you enter our office and the cheerful voice you hear when you call. She is excited to serve our patients, our team, and Dr. Rowland!

Hannah Clark

Dental Assistant

Hannah is a Graduate of the KCTCS integrated Dental Assisting/Dental Hygiene program. She was top of her graduating class and received several academic awards. She holds CPR and Radiology certifications. Hannah is from Webster County, KY and currently lives in Owensboro. Hannah’s warm personality and gentle care make every visit to Rowland Family Dentistry a better experience. Her dedication to patient comfort and her positive energy brighten our office every day. We’re so grateful to have her on our team!

Bailey Nash, RDH

Hygienist

Bailey is a registered dental hygienist. She graduated from Western Kentucky University Dental Hygiene program at the top of her class, receiving many academic awards. Bailey is licensed in local anesthetic and nitrous oxide sedation as well as CPR Basic Life Support certified. She has worked in the Owensboro area since graduating in 2025. With her gentle and calming manner, you are sure to leave our office at ease. She is excited to serve our patients, our team, and Dr. Rowland!
