Rowland Family Dentistry is a proud supporter of the Girls Inc. programs in Owensboro. Partnering with talented Chef Jeb Medley, a donation was made to Girls Inc. in exchange for a 4-course gourmet meal made by Chef Medley in Dr. Rowland’s home.
The appetizer trio included a Truffle-Dijon Deviled Egg & Fried Capers, Open Faced Lobster Roll w/ Frizzled Leeks, & House-Made Potato Chip w/ Creme Fraiche and Caviar.
The second course consisted of a Wine-Poached Pear Salad of spinach, blueberries, blue cheese, candied pecans, with an ancho chile raspberry vinegarette.
The amazing main course included Maple Lacquered Duck Breast w/Cherry Port Sauce, Parsnip Puree and Greens.
Dessert was Rhubarb Confit, Candied Fennel, Naval Orange Supremes w/Mascarpone Sorbet.
It was a delicious night to celebrate the amazing things Girls Inc. is doing for girls in Daviess County! We are proud to partner with them to give girls a voice!
